There is nothing wrong with feeling weird and unclear.

Because it’s part of human nature. When clouds clears up, feels great.

And we human beings are one and the same with the whole nature. That means we share the same kind of characteristics and principles as Mother Earth. Or the entire universe for that matter.

There’s never a year that doesn’t rain. There’s never a day sun doesn’t raise and set. It’s the rhythm of nature.

It’s okay with you feeling down and having the thoughts of you getting nowhere.
It’s okay to feel stuck in the mud for weeks and months and don’t want to believe like there is no way out of it.
Everything is okay! Because without them, you won’t arrive to the destination.

But there is one thing that you have to do in order to get to the destination.

“You gotta keep moving. And not settle.”

Don’t wait for the perfect timing to do your tasks. Because there never will be!

Yeah we all wait for the right time to start anything. The perfect timing to start your workout routine, to quit smoking and start reading.

If you are one of those people who kinda waits for that “perfect timing,” then you might wanna rethink about what time really is.

Time is just a measurement. Clock ticking and adding numbers.

And your life also consists of a lot of “time” but, you can’t really measure your life time can you? I mean can you prove that time has passed beside showing me that clock that added numbers while you read this post?

Don’t wait for things to happen. Be the one that make things happen.

Rich means how much you can spend. Not how much you can save up.

Or not how much you can make within a year.

Some people make a lot of money, but they are so afraid of spending that money. Because the concept money takes up so much of who they are, spending feels like as if something within themselves is taken away.

If you wanna become rich, learn how to spend money. So when you spend that money, there is no trace of regrets or feeling of you lost something.

Know that by spending money, there are people being saved off of it. Appreciate money, and give it out like you have unlimited money.

Who you really are is under pressure. Under challenges. And around unconscious people.

Or I could say, how conscious you are, could be measured under pressure and under challenges. And around unconscious people.

Because these three things are challenging. They aren’t very easy to go through. So when one of these things occur, you are pretty much up to a test. A test to see whether you can stay calm and conscious. If you can’t, then that means you got lost. Lost in unconsciousness.

Think about it. If you take a closer look at whatever challenge that you are about to solve, there’s no need to tense up. Tensing up does not serve any purpose at all!

Back to the title though, it might be misleading to say that who you really are is under pressure. That’s not a correct way to put what I’m trying to say here. It’s better to say, you will know how detached you are of challenges, by how much of resistance you feel to challenges.

If you feel anger, jealousy, grievance or whatever kind of negative emotion due to a circumstance, then you have some work left to do. Some work left to take care of. As in your spiritual growth. To separate this movie and the watcher.

Peacefulness and acceptance are the source of true life energy

Peacefulness relaxes you. Both emotionally and physically. And peacefulness is accessible to you anywhere anytime. But to access the realm of peacefulness, you must first accept the fact that you create your own reality.

Let’s say you are continuously talking to yourself about something that you said or done, and you regret what you’ve done. But if you take a close look at this very action, it serves no purpose at all. It just keeps beating and beating you up for the thing that you cannot reverse.

So the self talk certainly does not give you peacefulness. The self talk denies you. Totally the opposite of peacefulness. The self talk is pretty much a war that’s happening inside of you that seems to have an end. And the fact is, it won’t end if ever. When next shit happens, the subject changes. The self talk can only end, by your feeling of “I’m just sick of thinking about this same shit over and over and I’d rather not think about it because it doesn’t seem to fucking end.”

For the things you did that you shouldn’t have done.

Accept the past. Accept the now. And accept the unknown future events that are to come.

And that true acceptance gives you peacefulness. Because it’s(whatever this moment takes are) already done anyway. We also don’t manage to have any power to change them either.

If changes are needed, act accordingly. Or else, no need to get mad or resist. Chill and relax. It’s just a movie.
